FAP was recorded between the ages 2;03 and 3;06 (2015-2016). She is surrounded by many siblings and cousins but knows how to make herself heard. Most of the recordings take place around the house or in the garden, where we get a good impression of the family’s everyday life. Often, we see her alone with her father or, otherwise, in the middle of the whole family crowd. FAP is talkative and engages in vivid discussions and loves to imitate her parents’ activities in the garden. While her grandma talks to her in Qaqet, otherwise, she is mainly addressed in Tok Pisin.
